I believe Goudy Honda to be a high volume dealership. This does not necessarily mean GOOD for the customer. Out of 4 dealerships, they came in second as far as pricing was concerned. Customer service-wise, they came in third, which was last since I only went to a total of 3 dealerships. The internet "Director" (let's call him ACE for short) seemed nice over the phone, but when we were face-to-face, there was another side of him.
This was a recent experience (4/20/08). Another experience almost one year ago, there was an internet sales guy that had the audacity to say that he is not allowed/forbidden to give quotes online/by email. A bunch of Bull if you ask me. I suppose he was just trying avoid having numbers in writing.
In regards to a previous review about them saying they have the color & car you want then not having it once you get there... Here's a tip, call and ask for the VIN, at least the last 4 digits. Then check out the car before sitting down to negotiate.
