We have been looking for about six months now. As we do not live in Santa Barbara, it has to be done remotely. Goodwin & Thyne keeps us informed, sends us appropriate information and has not given up because we are taking our time. They answer promptly and have won our trust. The last point is what this review is about: I trust them to advise me honestly for what will be a large part of our savings.
