My wife and I were seeking the expertise of a competent lawyer to handle what we thought of was an simple expungement.Scott Dicus LLP directed us to the Department of Justice where within a week we were notified of the status of our 3 year old case .Mr Dicus took that information and broke it down for us in simple non-legal diction and advised us that no expungement was needed simply because there was no conviction issued .In addition Scott took valuable time out of his day to educate us on what employers can and cannot ask within an employment application or interview.I understand that time is money and with few of it in an average day I asked Scott to bill us for the time we took.
