Wesley Cochran is the worst person and contractor ever. No matter how long you have known this guy he will screw you over some how before he finishes the job, which I can guarantee if he actually finishes it, you will be receiving an piss poor job. He took over a couple of thousands of dollars from me for material and never showed back up. Absolutely the worst contractor ever! He has the lowest rates just to get your money to do a crappy job or just steal, but expect to get one of those possibilities...
