My name is Dennis and I am a HUGE Clandestine Fan! Last night, an item I have always wanted (Clandestine Backpack) was updated and in stock. Unfortunately I noticed it really late at night so I was very sleepy and my creditcard was in my car. I told myself that I would order it first thing in the morning. TO my surprise when I woke up, the item was sold out. I called GoMerch in hopes of knowing a date that they might be instock. When GoMerch picked up, I was greeted in a very polite way. I then told the representative from GoMerch, Ashley, my story and then asked if she knew when they would be restocked. She then told me that she would go to the warehouse and check for me to see if they had any in stock there. I have never this happen where a sales rep went above and beyond to help me out on my search for my item. A couple seconds on hold, Ashley came back with great news saying that they she had found one extra bag and that I could buy it. It made my day complete. Cracking funny jokes here and there while taking my order, Ashley really made me enjoy placing my order and the help that she game me was far over my expectations! I want to thank Ashley from GOMerch because she went above and far far beyond of what my expectations were and she made me a GoMerch customer for life. Thanks GoMerch for hiring these kind of people! This for SURE will NOT be my last order from GoMerch!
