Honestly I think they might be criminals. This is an online scam that requires you to spend your money and WAY too much of your time completing the course and then fails you for pressing back before you ever even take the final. Oh and don't even bother calling customer service to try and correct the issue because all they will do is tell you there is nothing they can do. When you ask to speak to the manager they will tell you she is out for the day and that she will call you tomorrow. Then before you ever hear from her you will receive an email that says your failing of the course has been processed. Finally when you call her (because you still haven't heard from her) she will tell you that it's out of her hands and that your failing has already been processed and there's no chance of retaking it. If you value your money and your time DO NOT give this company your business. They belong behind bars!
