Globalfitnees offers very good products that last a long time, and at steep discounts. We had a great experience with a stairmaster 10 years ago, and we still use it daily. Customer service is friendly and helpful, but communication is sometimes rocky. Our more recent item took 2 months from initial order to having it up and running. There were a couple delays, and one part damaged on arrival, but they ultimately took care of everything. I'd recommend this company for anyone looking to invest in really heavy duty equipment at a good value.
