This is my worse car purchase experience in a car dealership.
Glendale Infiniti has very unscrupulous sales and finance personnel. They provided false financing rate based on my solid credit rating in order to push me to sign a lease contract. In addition, they were extremely deceptive when I signed the leasing contract. There were using "packing" strategy and other fraudulent activities (non-disclosure of the cost of maintenance warranty, inflated negotiated car price and lied about the warranty was a necessary item for the lease contract). Extremely untrustworthy, dishonest and unethical group of individuals.
If you must buy a car there, grill them on all the numbers. Do not sign any contracts until you see the agreement. The finance manager asked me to sign the agreement(s) before showing me any figures. Unfortunately, I was too trusting at the time and assumed the negotiated price would be on the agreement paper.
One last item was that they also gave me the lowest trade in value for my older car. All in all, I strongly discourage anyone to go near this dealership. If you must go, DO YOUR HOMEWORK. Check every number. Keep a copy of their written prices in case something goes wrong. None of their personnel is looking out for your interests.
I have learned this lesson the hard way. PLEASE DO NOT FOLLOW MY FOOTSTEPS. I AM GIVING THEM A BIG "F" and "NO STAR" RATING!!!!
