I had the worst time working with these idiots at Girls Dress Line. I ordered a flower girl dress from them however I had to exchange it due to my flower girl's mom canceling on me (not their fault). So I send the dress back and request the same dress in a smaller size. I was informed they no longer had that particular dress available, fine, I ordered my second choice no problem. Two weeks go by and I still do not have my new dress. I call up these people and the girl that answers the phone stated they haven't mailed the dress because they original girl I talked to was on vacation. WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES THAT MAKE? So I was told that I would have to wait until she got back from Vacation until they will mail the dress. (keep in mind that my wedding was less than a month away). Finally the lady gets back and calls me. By this time the original dress that I wanted is available so I inform them to send the original dress in a different size. I specifically gave it to the lady FIVE TIMES! Well I got my dress in the mail last night...but it was the wrong dress. I will make it work since it is the right size and I don't want to deal with this again so close to my wedding. I would advise no one to purchase anything from this company as they are idiots.
