Frank is amazing! His work is amazing, but what takes the cake is the customer service. My Fiance, at the time, and I went into Gem Dynasty 4-5months before our wedding. We just popped in, not expecting much because we have been to a couple place in jewelery district in downtown LA for other purchases in the past which had an unpleasant used car lot feel. Cue Frank, he was so nice and helpful, who had a more informative approach versus selling approach. I was still a bit indecisive at that point, I had a ton of time.
Now fast forward, time flies when you are DIY-ing and sending invites etc... Less than 3 weeks before the wedding we go back to Frank a little frantic. We need to completely change my diamond engagement ring setting and we both need wedding bands. I'm sure other establishments would have laughed us out of there - considering I needed a custom job.
But after he reassured me he could do it, I felt more at ease. We spent the next week or so with back and forward emails in the design process. He delivered something unique as well as problem solving, my stone is a bit on the large side and a standard solitaire setting just got caught on everything. Based on a picture I came in with and a sketch that he has, the end result was great. He really went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. Oh and his prices are very reasonable too!
