I first came here a few months back on the recommendation of a couple of friends who recently got married. They told me, "go talk to Frank, he'll take great care of you." The whole time I had a pretty specific idea of what kind of diamond engagement ring I was looking for, and knew exactly how much I wanted to spend. After visiting a few other spots down in the jewelry district in downtown LA and getting the same "well, you really need to up your cost about $1,000 to get what you really want" from everybody, I headed over to Gem Dynasty with my spirits on the verge of being crushed...I gotta say, I was so happy with how well they took care of me. The customer service there is the best I've seen almost anywhere and Frank got me exactly what I wanted for the price I was looking for....plus, I got free coffee and water out of the deal. we'll call that "added value".
Long story short, she said yes and we've been back to get our wedding bands, which they bent over backwards to make fit within our budget again. I can't say enough good things about this place. Great quality work, totally reasonable prices and excellent customer service. If you're in the market for jewelry or diamond engagement rings for someone special, do yourself a favor and go visit them. You won't be disappointed.
