NEVERRRRRRRR BUY FROM GATEWAY!! I have never in my life hated a company so much. Their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced in my life. You are on hold or transferred so much then out of the blue you are disconnected. I ordered a laptop from them and the thing has given me nothing but problems. First the screen got garbled and I'd have to shut it off manually because I couldn't click through to shut it down. Then the thing stopped charging. It was sent in three times within maybe six months and it's still not fixed. Gateway will not do anything else. They won't replace the laptop because my year is finally up. The only thing they offered to do was fix it but it's been three times and the issue is still not fixed. I don't believe they even repair it when I send it in. The online chat support is ridiculous. They never help. It's like I'm sorry but you must call this number. It's total crap. Now I'm stuck with a laptop that I can't use because it won't turn on because it can't be charged. Customer Service is so idiotic. The guy suggested I buy a battery and I asked him if I buy a battery and that dies and I can't charge it, isn't that a waste of my money? He responded, you said your computer won't charge. I suggest you get a battery. Gateway is a joke. NEVER BUY FROM THEM! IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS, I WOULD.
