I order the Garry vacuum at 7pm EST on Feb 26th 2010, after ordering kept reading more reviews on other websites to find several unhappy reports. On Feb 27th at 1010am EST I called to cancel the order. I was given the customer service run around and laughed at sarcastically, stating that how can you trust the words of others, we have a great machine and you understand that you have a 30 day trial period to cancel if you are then unhappy. I told him that I did not like the sarcastic tone in his voice and the laughter. That your reputation is based on others comments and happiness. then customer service person tried to offer me a 20 dollar discount if I just open the package and try it out for 30 days. I told him that I did not want that offer and just to again cancel the order. I had to call back and ask for a supervisor. Was told that I could not have a supervisor till I told this CS person what the problem was and that also that the supervisor was in a meeting, told him I would wait. Within two minutes "Andy" the supervisor came on and said to just refuse the order and I would be issued a full refund within five working days maximum time of refusing the package and them receiving the package back. I asked Andy for a tracking number on the package and he said that he will call me back on Monday morning with a USPS tracking number. We will see if that happens. Wish I would have checked out more reviews before I placed the order. LIVE AND LEARN hopefully this will help others with my mistakes.
