I was very impressed by the infomercial on the Garry Vacuum. It arrived promptly on the 28th of December. I must say, I was very disappointed with the quality of the product I decided to return it within several days due to the poor quality and performance. I experienced much difficulty in getting someone to answer the customer service line for return instructions, when I finally got someone, they attempted to talk over me and out of return until I got upset and spoke with the supervisor. The return process is very complex requiring mulitple calls to assure it was recieved. On Jan 18th, I confirmed that the return was recieved on Jan 11th and would recieve the credit to my credit card in a few days. I contacted them today, Jan 26th, and first got the runaround that they did not get the return, then they stated I would get it in 3-5 days with no explanation. Bottom line, don't buy Garry Vac
