After being shipped damaged (cap gun) and faulty (caps) product by the Game Guys aka - 411 Toys, aka Toy Arsenal, we have attempted to contact them for the past 3 weeks to no avail. No one with any authority answers the phone - and after multiple emails and submissions on their "online RMA form" we have heard no response at all.
Very unsatisfactory service and product. Unfortunately we are out $40.00, but hopefully no one else will make the same mistake we did doing business with this company.
