This company lied to me to get my money in July/Aug 2009. I have not received a modification or refund. A representative had me so exited about having a lower note. They assured me I would get a modification in 15 to 30 days. It has been 6mo. All I have is less money for my children and I to live off. I feel violated by GMA. Now I am forced to continue sending them vital records for them to keep submitting my case. I don't trust them at all. I hate I ever dialed the #.I filed a complaint(March 2010) and was promised a refund if I got denied again. Well I have been denied again(Aug 2010). No money yet.
