I have been using this company for almost a year and last week I was served papers by our county sheriff that we are being sued by one of our creditors. I have never been in this kind of situation and had no idea what to do next. We are now contacting an attorney to resolve this situation. If I would have known what was involved in this process I would never have signed up with this company. After talking to someone from our local bank they have informed me that doing business with this company is worse than filing for bankruptcy. Had I known all of these facts I would have taken out a loan to pay off my creditors myself. I no longer qualify for a loan anywhere because of the civil process that is pending against me. These people are playing with peoples lives and it needs to stop!!! I'm only hoping my family and I can pull ourselves out of this somehow without losing everything we have worked for almost 20 years for.
