STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!! My husband and I joined Fall 2008. We paid each and every month on time and faxed all of our bills faithfully. We received our first court summons around thanksgiving 2009 and that's where the problem began. They totally abandoned us saying since we couldn't afford to give them more money, they could not help us. I was left all alone to defend myself with nasty lawyers and court dates. I faxed them all of my court documents and my lovely arbitrator Oliver Paige kept telling me he never received them. I then received my 2nd court summons last month. Again, GHS never received my faxes. In Feb 2010, my husband and I finished paying off their service fee. It was then, they emailed me telling me they have never received any of my bills and they can't help us if we don't fax them our bills. They got us in such a mess. My husband and I had to file bankruptcy to avoid the two lawsuits against me. They are thieves! Stay away from them. They need to be stopped. On top of this, I asked for a total refund of $4117.90. They are only willing to give me the amount in my GHS account, $731.86. What service did they provide for me? They collected over $3000 and I collected two lawsuits? Not a equal trade huh??
