They Dropped the Ball

The product works but company is short sighted. After installation I compared what my system produced in my neighborhood compared to other solar company systems and was very disappointed. I contacted them and discussed adding more panels to a different section of my roof. An area that points in the same direction as many neighbors but "general manager" argued with me. I would have paid extra but the guy never even called me back. I promised them, when I first got installation, that I would recommend system to all 177 members of my community if I was happy but they "dropped the ball" and now there are 20 times more solar in our community, offered by other companies, not GCI. Not smart business. Couldn't recommend!
