Hello, I just want to add myself as yet another person in the same circumstance as other recent reviewers. I brought my XBOX 360 to them 7/26/2010, they charged my card and claimed they'd ship it back to me, and that I'd have it in 3 days. I never got it back. I sent them several emails, and left voice mails on the phone number from my invoice. None of them have been returned. It's been a month. I called the Tustin police department to report it, and they told me that it's not a criminal matter, it's a civil matter. I'm going to file a small claim. If anyone's already done this, please let me know, I believe you can send messages on the website by clicking on my name. If anyone is interested in the outcome send me a message and I'll let you know what happens as events unfold. Irritating that a business would close and not return people's property. Hopefully all of us stuck in this situation can get both our money and consoles back.
