This company is incredible! I've had my son's Xbox fixed by Microsoft twice and once by some company in Pennsylvannia. Each time I was not to impressed about the service I received from each company. I was blown away when I sent my son's xbox into gatpro! They updated me so often I was almost hoping they would stop calling so much! Ok, not quite but I am very very happy with the service I received. The technician that called me was very patient and explained what was wrong with the console in a clear manner. Their rates are cheaper by far than anyone I have found, and despite that they still manage to provide an incredible service! I recommend everyone get your xbox fixed here!
