I purchased a GPS unit from GPS Onsite on a Saturday. Their website says that you will be notified within 24 hours that your order has been confirmed and the estimated ship time. I had to contact them on two separate occasions to confirm that they had received my order. When they finally responded they proceeded to tell me that they had notified me and the problem was with my email, I should check my carrier. I did not receive any emails from them or UPS as they stated, nor did they offer proof that the notifications were sent. They continued through numerous emails to tell me that I was wrong even after I told them under no uncertain terms not to contact me again regarding this matter to let me know one more time I was wrong. The process of sending me the unit was fast but if they had just addressed me with respect and the information I requested I may have looked to do business with them in the future. They have very rude customer service agents. Service after the sale definitely needs improvement.
