My review of this company is very negative. Back in April of '08 we bought an Emerson TV. In early June it stopped working. We were still within the 90 days parts and labor. Funai recommended a shop for us to bring the TV to, but the shop was unable to get the parts from Funai to repair the TV. Funai eventually picked up the TV from the shop to do the repair needed. It is now the beginning of December and I have yet to get my TV back. We did move across country while the TV was with Funai, and they do have our new address as of Aug 1 '08. They still can not get us our TV. Now a carrier has it, and no one seems to be able to find out where our TV is, and when I will have it back in my home. I have been promised return calls and never receive them. What could they do to make me change my mind about their insufficient running of this business....they can find and get me my TV, or they can refund me the money, or they can send me a new TV.
