Worst business practice.
I placed 2 order with wrong mailing and billing address by mistake. Then immediately I called and emailed frys to cancel the orders. After several hours on hold I still couldn't speak to anyone.
Finally an rep Chantelle P. replied my email saying my order has been canceled. But I received shipping confirmation from frys. So I called them and the rep doesn't admit they have received my request to cancel the order until I forwarded the email Chantelle P. sent me. But they still insisted it's my responsibility to return the items for refund even though the shipping address is invalid.
USPS managed to figure out a way to deliver that package with wrong shipping address. I refused the delivery and weeks later I got refund for one order. But frys told me they couldn't find RMA for the other order.
They claimed there is only one order under my account until I gave them the other order number.
They told me they are processing that return, that's a week before Christmas. After the new year I called again they told me I would get refund in a week. But it's Jan 19 now and I called again they told me they never received the return so no refund.
Every time I call them I have to wait for at least half an hour and some of my emails are refused my their mail server. The c/s reps are rude, and they do not speak ENGLISH!!!
