It was easy for them to charge me for warranty if anything goes wrong with the item but SLOW for them to fix the problem. I took my laptop in in February 2008 and now it is November 2008 and they still haven't resolve the problem. I wrote and called the corporate and all they did was pass it forward to the store to handle. They have poor customer service meaning not returning phone calls, only call to check up once a month, and not giving you a forward and straight out answer. They call saying that it's ready to be pick up and when I get there it still is the same. I've been there more than a dozen times and spend at least 1 to 2 hours with managers and each managers tells me different things. I paid $400 for the Service Contract terms & Conditions I would expect them to their part and actually do what their contract states in a timely manner. This is the worst customer service I had to experience.
