I had preordered a laptop from Frosty Computers on 7/04/2009. 2 monthes later I found out that it was discontinued and was not coming out for release. I then contacted Ben Hsu, owner of Frosty Computers with no reply. I finally got in touch with him and he refuses to give me a refund. First he wanted to give me a diffrent laptop then what I ordered and I said no. He then kept giving me excuses and finally he has ignored all emails and calls. He still to this day refuses to give me a refund. I recommend that any buyer beware of this company. Your better off doing Business elsewhere. I have since obtained a laywer and this issie will be going to court. I will post an update in the near future.
