Unfortunately, this dealership uses a bait and switch tactic when negotiating the terms of a vehicle contract. We traded in two vehicles for one SUV and provided our bottom-line financial terms. The dealership had a staff member to test drive and appraise both of our vehicles. The terms were finally agreed upon (very late in the evening by now, we had suggested returning the following morning but the sales/finance guy insisted they could get us out of the showroom soon) the contract signed, we went home. When our new license plates and tags didn't arrive as expected we soon learned that the dealership was "holding" those items because they said we owed more money on our trade-in vehicles!! After two months, my husband finally convinced them to give us our plates. Very bad business practices.
