I have recently received a loan modification with the assisstance of the assisstance of the Franklin Law Group. Had tried before with the mortage holder and had no resulrs. The fee was a little steep for me,but, they worked with me to make it possible. In just under 6 mos. I have successfully qualified. Gathering all the documents needed was a little hard for me because I am not as organised as I should be,but not impossible to do.
