Rented a PT Cruiser (white) from them for a week @ the Seattle, Washington location FOX RENT A CAR. Excellent customer service, UNTIL I called 30 minutes later about stuff I left in there. They quickly replied that it had been rented out already? We returned the car at 4:27 a.m. And they had it cleaned and serviced already and rented out by then?? I dont think so. So they said that there was nothing they could do. So they went to go look and it was gone. I had to call back and got another individual and they told me the same thing, and that they did possibly find something. It was my iPod iTouch. How could they if they said they rented it out already?? Then I let them know about the Garmin Nuvi GPS that was bundled with it. They said they didnt locate that. And that they refused to go look again?! They said the manager "CONSTANCE" would mail out the ipod over night. Called again to talk to the MGR when she came in and she was just as rude. She even hung up on my fiance. Very rude customer service and the MGR was just as rude even hanging up on my fiance. How could they find my iTouch and not the GPS?? They were TOGETHER! And then they said they found my new hat too....I dont get it? How can you say there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING then say ...you found my iTouch after all...then my hat hours later?? Corporate calls went unanswered even after 2 voice mails I left with them. I finally filed a complaint with BBB. The people at FOX CAR RENTAL "CONSTANCE" (mgr) said they overnighted my stuff....6 days later still nothing. And she refused to provide a tracking # for verification stating that only me JOE could get that info since it was under my name on the car rental. That's also not true. It was rented and paid for by my fiance and put on her credit card! I have never experienced a worse car rental in our entire life. My rating is -0 poor customer service and a very rude manager who obviously needs ethics training.
