Absolutely horrible. The diamond ring they sold my fiancé and I was advertised as S1 clarity but it is not! In fact, we found out the diamond is actually cracked and basically worthless. Since the crack was only getting worse with time, we hadn't really seen it for a few months. Since it was past the 14 days during which they allow returns, they didn't want to take it back. After arguing with them for months, they agreed to replace it. It took them forever to do so. At first, the new ring looked better but it was still not the quality that was advertised. It isn't very sparkly at all and a scratch in it is very very easily seen by the naked eye. It is just horrible we tried to contact them again, they wouldn't even respond. What was supposed to be a magical moment was ruined by them twice in a row. What they say in the description of their rings is a complete and total lie. They rob you of your money and sell you worthless diamonds. Once I researched them further, I even found out people had filed police reports against them. Worst company ever. Absolute scam!!!
Also, on their website the company claims to BBB accredited. A flat out lie!!!
