I never really believed a place like this existed, and for a car dealership they are OK. Had a problem with the contract after getting my Versa, but went in to talk about it and it was corrected immediately. Very polite, professional people...but what prompted me to post here is that now, 3 months later, I just arrived home after visiting their service department for my first oil change and they were the same, very nice and professional.
Highly recommend the place, even the general manager seems very nice, as he met me both when I bought my car and then again when I had it serviced.
Like I said, this is a rare place. I hope it stays that way!
