Our company's experience with Fonality has been nothing short of a nightmare. The first few months were adequate, then our calls started dropping and some days we had no service AT ALL. When we tried to cancel the service because we finally had to switch another provider, Fonality continued to charge our company credit card. We are still handling the dispute months later and they bill us every month for a service we dont receive and have cancelled in writing.
STAY AWAY - NOTHING BUT TROUBLE.Wish we had never heard of this company.
