Terrible warranty fulfillment

We purchased panels in 2008. The panels started leaking in 2014. They did come out to repair several times, then decided in Oct 2014 that the panels needed to be replaced under the warranty. Several phone calls, ambiguous information and 7 months later - we still have not received the panels. We were informed in our phone call of today, May 1, 2015, that they did not know when our panels would be available, because "warranty" panels were not the same as other panels. We find this interesting because in a conversation of April 8, 2015, we were told that our panels were in stock.
