Got 1 star because it's the lowest. BBB gives this company a D- They do not book you online realtime; they charge using air france and luftunsa to verify your credit card and then tack on service charges that are higher than any in the industry.... Since they do not book realtime; even if they are a valid travel agency; you can lose that special rate that they bring up on their screens. I had to cancel my credit card and got better deal by going directly to airline website.
