Entire experience with Flat Rate Moving was fantastic. The sales person, Pavel, was friendly & helpful in answering all of my questions. The movers were so great. The team, headed up by Esteban, patiently took over an hour to figure out how to fit our couch into our new place. It was one of the last pieces, at the end of a long 10 hour day They worked extra hard and finally were able to get the couch in to the apartment after taking the legs off the couch and our front door off the hinges. I've heard of other companies charging extra for this, and the moving team did it, no questions asked. All in all, great experience & would highly recommend Flat Rate Moving!
