I agree with all these reviews. I think the positive review was written by someone that works in the company. I still haven't received my order 50 days later :( I took matters into my own hands when I wasn't getting answers or responses for that matter from the company. I made them give me an invoice to prove it was "being remanufactured". I contacted that remanufacturing company, who turned out to be very helpful. Turns out, Fitness Blowout took 47 days to put in the order and pay for the product, ironically 1 day after I threatened to report them to authorities for fraud. I paid 3888 for an elliptical 50 days ago. The remanufacturing company only charges 1999 and normal time frames to recondition equipment is 7-10 days. Thats how they are making money, what a rip off! Of course the supervisor at fitness blowout made excuses about there not being "good enough" equipment out there, but I caught him red handed when I told him about my conversation with the remanufacturing company. He responded "they shouldn't have told you that". So if you are still waiting for your equipment, I recommend asking which company they are getting the equipment from and contacting them yourself, better yet just get a refund. Credit card companies will allow you to report a fraudulent purchase within 90 days of purchase for refund if company does not respond or deliver within stated timeframe.
