I purchased a LifeFitness 95RI bike. After delivery the tension on the bike was way too high. I called the Alan who sold me the bike and he said he was working on getting it fixed. All of a sudden he stopped working there. So a 3 month warranty I was not told about ran out. I was told I had a life time warranty for everything that would break on the bike including the electric parts. That was a lie. I was told I would not be able to get my bike fixed because I missed the 3 month warranty I was never told about. I told the Owner Jim Rosen that I was sent a broken bike. I told him his sales man Alan was taking care of it and left the company. I was told i had to find my own tech to get the bike fixed and pay for it. It is going to cost me at least $800 to fix the bike. I paid $2000 for it because of the extended warranty I was promised. Everything was a lie and now I am stuck with a broken bike and have to pay to fix it. I have asked for Jim Rosen to pay for my bike to be fixed but he will now not respond to my emails. I cannot believe this has happened. I am an honest person and do not have the money to pay to fix this bike. I wish I never purchased it
