I would like to first thank you for working on my file over the past couple of months. You have done a great job at responding to my many questions and phone calls. I know you probably have many other clients yet you never fail to return a phone call or respond to an e-mail. I can truly tell you can empathize with my family's circumstances by hearing the eagerness in your voice to have this matter resolved. Per our conversation I will look out for the loan modification paperwork in the mail next week. If I or any other family member ever needs your services again I will be sure to give you a call.
