I used first response to clean the carpet to my entire house. As a person who is normally very uneasy and hesitant to have strangers in my house, I was very happy with the service I received. The guys cleaning my carpet were actually very careful in handling all the furniture. They were swift yet thorough as pleasant as that sounds. I would recommend them for anyone interested in a low stress way of simply having your carpets cleaned professionally. More importantly to me, I will definitely be using them again. Hope this helps.
