I just wanted to say that I had a phenomenal experience with First Mortgage West! They were very knowledgeable and what I appreciated the most was how well their customer service was. I was kept up to date on the status of my loan throughout the whole process. There's nothing more frustrating than when the loan company forgets to call you for a week. They were able to get my loan funded in about a month, which was really fast! Since I live near their office I was able to sign my loan docs and meet my loan officer face to face which was really nice as most of these loan guys typically never want any face time. Overall I had a really great experience and plan on using them again if I ever need to refinance again.
