I was referred to Michael by a friend whom had an excellence experience. I was in a very difficult situation and had spoke to a local loan officer that told me I would not be able to sell and purchase a new home due to temporary maternity leave. At that point, I was advised to return to work and then I could qualify. I called Michael that same evening past 6 pm and he answered. He researched and provided written statements in regards to maternity leave and funding a loan. He gave me hope and then was able to confirm that it could be done. Everything he said was backed up by rules and regulations that he could proof were not just him saying it. Michael, was amazing at answering phone calls and emails. He made sure I was informed every step of the way. He also collaborated with my realtor as I had 2 transactions going on, selling and purchasing all contingent upon each other. His work ethic is superb. I will be referring friends and family that are purchasing and refinishing a home loan.
