While shopping for a home loan, I was referred to Jason by a family member. Jason managed to get us a very good loan and made the whole process extremely smooth. There are a few things I liked about him and that made it such a smooth process:
1. Communication - He was good at explaining what was needed, answered all my questions patiently and responded promptly to e-mails. He was always available on phone, sometimes late at night, don't know how many people would answer late night calls.
2. Thoroughness - He was always on top of things that needed to be done. He made sure every document was in place, dates lined up, double checked numbers e.t.c. from all the parties involved. He took care of a lot of phone calls to other people that I should probably have been making. That was very helpful with my busy schedule.
3. Drive - He is the owner of the company so had an incentive to make his customers happy. His drive to get things done was very evident. I know he made calls late at night to other parties to get things done, a regular employee at a mortgage company might not be inclined to invest so much time and effort.
I have not met Jason in person but he was referred by a family member - I could trust him with all our sensitive financial information. He did not disappoint. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.
