Sam Pabuwal, worked with my wife and me to ensure we got our refinance. He was able to look at many loans available, not just some with certain banks, all the loans that were available. Due to the most recent economic situation, it is very difficult to get refinanced, let alone get a new loan. Sam works with all kinds of loans, such as ours which was a jumbo. While we had great credit and no outstanding debt, it was very difficult to get a refinance, due to the economic status, however Sam, with his years of experience and expertise, was able not only to find us a great loan, but worked with us all the way though. He did all the work and was extremely efficient. The loan process took some time; however he was always available to answer any questions, and always kept us updated and informed.
