Can Get It Done!

Have started a refinance with 3 companies over a two year period because we had an interest only and was told by all three that it wasn't going to work unless we paid down our loan - jumbo loan - by about $60,000. Good assets, house worth almost twice the loan vlaue, great credit rating but because we are self-employed with no W2 Forms, it is as if we are lepers.
