STAY AWAY THEY MAKE EXCUSES WHY THEY CANT COME AND STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!
They only show up when they feel like it. They took our money but the work is not even halfway finished. We requested a receipt for the work that has been done and a refund but the owner will not return emails or phone calls after multiple attempts. Do not work with these people! They charged us $7,400 for this much work. Even left trash in our front porch.
Owner finally contacted us after we submitted a complaint with the BBB. The email was addressed to the wrong person and he suggested we just go with the original contract so we would remove our reviews because they are hurting his business. There was no apology for ignoring our calls or emails or for his lead contractor yelling at me over the phone and hanging up on me. We again asked for a refund for the incompleted work. They responded to BBB stating they did everything that was required of them and we were the cause of all the issues. They were also fired by our HOA. We now see why. Stay away from working with these people of you don’t want to end up in the same situation!!!
