Raymond J. are you sure you don't mean The Finest Watches in San Francisco CA… I don’t think you mean Finest Watches, Inc. in Encino. Finest Watches only deals with new watches with box and papers and can supply you with a used piece but only if you request used and they have to call their suppliers to supply one if used is what you need.
A lot of the watch dealers that I have dealt with only except bank wires due to all the credit card fraud that is going on I don’t think that qualifies as High-pressure tactics
A company has the right to refuse credit cards if they choose too also the prices listed on the site are retail prices and retails go up every few months so if the retail goes up the prices will go up.
If a watch is no longer available and you are informed that it’s no longer available and are asked if there's anything else you are interested in or offer something else, that doesn’t mean it’s a bait-n-switch
