This company said they would settle with my creditors at down to 40 cents on the dollar. They were successful at 60 percent on one account. The other two...not so well! One of the two, I was taken to court and judgement against me was for the full amount and was garnished for 2 years through my work. The last I settled myself at 40 percent and that was on a 10,000 dollar amount. I am not a credit counsler, just a guy who got in over his head with a busines and tried to survive. Then came along a company who said they take care of it all. "We will settle your accounts and repair your credit." Great you settled one on a high rate and I payed you thousands of dollars and got me nowhere. Much appreciated folks. Where is the class action suit I can join?
