The Attorney General's office is also a very useful place to find information on this company. You can find out right over the phone all about the complaints they have. Better to find out before you make any decisions about signing up and paying for any programs allowing them control over your current financial situation and future. Probably be better off working with your creditors yourself -many of them don't even want to work with these third party companies. But don't expect to be told that by your sales representative. Good Luck
