This company is horrible. I also paid them $3000 which they were very eager to receive and then they have done absolutely nothing for me at all. I kept seeing monthly updates with no substance and then it all dropped off and nothing has been done on my account in over a month. I haven't received the correspondence that other have regarding their ceasing operations, but I can't get a single answer from them. Their phone number says they're getting a large volume of calls and that I should leave a voice mail and they'll get back to me. Then it turns out that the voice mail box is full, so I can't leave a message.
If anyone has any ideas on how to get my money back, I'm all ears.
-Update-
I was originally signed up for CFPG's program by Chris Grant (909-556-4170). I spoke with him yesterday and he said I should contact Lisa Wayman at 888-343-3442 x4001. I have left her 2 voice mails and 1 email but no reply. Look out for the company Financial Hope for America...oddly enough when working with CFPG, their email addresses were @fha365.com, so the two companies are linked somehow, to include having adjoining office suites in Temecula. I spoke with Dulce Reece today whom I reached by calling 888-343-3442 and pressing 0. She informed me that CFPG has closed its doors and she is left trying to resolve issues for the remaining CFPG cases. She told me that there was no way I could get a refund, and the money I paid CFPG went to work done on my account, which was virtually none. She wanted me to sign up for FHA's program which is a monthly membership. They're all over the internet also as being a scam.
