Pleas read this review if you are thinking about hiring this company to help you, they are a scam and not going to deliver on what they sell you.
Six months ago I hired this company to help us attempt to get a home mortgage loan modification. I have never been as frustrated and disappointed.
The simple fact is that information is submitted and not followed up with. They are either to busy or just wait to see what happens. It would appear they don't really care about getting something done, but processes as many claims as they can and collecting the $3000 at the same time. Information is sent in, I get calls and information requested from the lender, I pass this back to the company and nothing happens. They close the case and say they can't get what they need. Never has there been a mention of the company calling and following up with the lender and being proactive about getting something done.
I hired this because they sold me on the companies ability to pursue the lenders to a great extent than I was able to and the legal entities you had. It has been six months and so far and they have yet to accomplish anything for me. I have not heard from them in over a month and they will not return emails or phone calls. Now I am entitled to a refund and the company will not respond to me via phone or email. I have even left many voice mails with the director of operations, Don Brokaw, and he will not return a call or message
The bottom line is that the company is not serving their customers. The reality is that they should likely be investigated for fraud. You can submit all the same paperwork they ask you for yourself and deal with you lender as they are not going to do anything for you once you have completed the paperwork and paid them.
